To incorporate a new company, all you need to do is to tell us the company name that you would like to use and then leave the rest to us.

Limited Company
You can propose a suggested company name to incorporate a limited company. We will conduct a name search for you. As long as the proposed name has not been registered, you can then submit the application.

To incorporate a Hong Kong Limited Company, you are required to have:
- Minimum 1 subscriber (shareholder)
- Minimum 1 director
- Company Secretary (must be a Hong Kong resident or body corporate)
- Hong Kong address as registered office

Obtain the Business Registration Certificate

Processing Time: about 7 to 10 days

Unlimited Company
- One person can set up an unlimited company
- You can commence business after apply a Business Registration Certificate
- The liabilities of the sole proprietor/partners are unlimited
